This program is designed to help year 6s and 7s transition into high school by dealing with a number of issues over a chosen period of time (anywhere from 1 day to 8 weeks). This can be run during school hours or after school hours – which ever best suits the school. We typically address topics such as:

  • Resilience
  • Self Esteem
  • Healthy Friendships
  • Cyber Safety
  • Stress Management
  • Decision Making

But these topics can be easily interchanged with any others on the Armed For Life topics list.
