Overhaul Team

The Overhaul Program is lead by a Program Manager along with a qualified team of health professionals consisting of certified Personal Trainers, Nutritionists and Psychologists.

The Overhaul Program takes a small group of participants (between 10 and 20) and spends 8 weeks changing all of the important areas of their lives connected to their health and wellbeing.

  • There are 4 focuses specifically to change
    • Nutrition
    • Movement
    • Stress Management
    • Lifestyle
  • We spend time testing all these areas before and after the program to see the change that has been made by
    • Getting the nutrients the body needs
    • Reducing the amount of toxins going into the body
    • Reducing inflammation in the body through a range of focuses
    • Exercising everyday,
    • Changing how we think,
    • Getting enough sleep,
    • Changing how we respond to stress


Pre-program Testing

  • 2 Hours
  • The larger group is split into 3 smaller groups
  • Rotating around 3 different stations – 40 minutes each
    • Fitness Test
    • Psychological Test
    • Nutritional Analysis
  • Fitness Test
    • Beep Test
    • Push Ups
    • Sit Ups
    • Movement Analysis
    • Bio Age Test
  • Psychological Test
    • Depression Anxiety Test
    • Brain Function Test
    • Concentration + Focus Test
  • Nutritional Analysis
    • Food Diary
    • 3 Days Record Intake – Food and drink (Including brand names and cooking method)
    • Food Analysis database


8 Week Program – overview

  • Once a week – The group get a 1 hour training session with one of the personal trainers
    • Be taught how to use the gym well and how to adapt exercises to any need
  • Once a week – The group sit in an educational workshop
    • Learn practical lessons on how to change our food choices, how we exercise, how we think and how we manage stress
    • Potential for leaving campus for one group outing such as laser tag, rock climbing etc


Educational Workshops

  • Health and Well-Being (Maybe changing to relaxation and focus on mindfulness and breathing etc)
    • Ways to improve our health and manage stress in a practical way
  • Self Esteem
    • How to recognise if we have a low self esteem and how to change it
  • Food Choices (Cooking Workshop)
    • Why we need to be choosing the foods we eat carefully – cooking demonstration
  • Nutrients (Myths)
    • What foods contain what kinds of nutrients….and what foods are toxic for our body
